When will my worktops be delivered?
At Next Day Worktops, you are in control! you can select your chosen delivery date at checkout, our transparent delivery selection makes us stand out from the rest. So long as the item is showing in-stock online we can delivery the very next working day. Should you wish to delay delivery you can simply select a later delivery date at checkout.

Orders must be placed by 11am on the working day prior to delivery to be eligible for next working day delivery.
- Our transport departments working days are Monday- Friday excluding bank/public holidays.
- Orders placed after 11am Friday earliest delivery will be Tuesday.
Installation Guidance
We strongly recommend scheduling delivery of your worktops and accessories at least 48 hours before installation. This allows sufficient time to inspect goods and helps avoid delays in the event of any unforeseen issues. Next day worktops will not be held liable in for fitting costs in the event that we are not given the time to rectify any issue prior to fitters attending.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a sms message on the day of delivery with a 2 hour delivery window. You will also receive a call from the delivery driver approx. 30-60mins before they arrive.
Missed Worktop deliveries
In the event that nobody is present on site to take delivery on the selected delivery date a charge will be applied of £50.00 inc VAT to re-arrange delivery. this charge will also apply should the customer choose to cancel an order after a delivery has failed due to the property been un-attended.
